Castle Claremont is the ideal venue to hold a conference, meeting or training day. Our relaxed setting is located just 15 minutes away from Timaru. There are hotels and motels nearby for traveling clients and guests, plus we also provide plenty of on-site parking space for cars, shuttles and buses.

Our location offers our clients privacy and the chance to enjoy fresh country air during breaks whilst strolling through our expansive grounds and gardens. The large outdoor environment is a motivational setting, and provides the opportunity for groups to immerse themselves in team-building exercises.

Indoors, Castle Claremont is able to seat up to 100 guests in our main dining/conference room. For smaller groups and more intimate meetings, we can partition off an appropriately-sized area, and for larger groups we have the ability to use our outdoor grounds.

Flexibility in menu choice is available from our two local caters, Claremont Catering and Mid/South Canterbury Spitroast.com. Choose from simple breakfasts to sandwich platters, finger food, lunch and dinner. You also have the choice of a more relaxed spit roast buffet or BBQ. Our management team is here to help with your menu choices and work within your budgeting allowances.
